• Philosophy of Education 


    I believe every child can make progress in all academic areas by diagnosing masered skills and moving foward at their instructional level.  Hand-on approaches are used whenever possible.  Effective praise is used consistently to encourage appropriate behavior and nurture learning rich environment. Common Core and VVS curriculum are aligned to ensure instruction is prioritized.  Curriculum is taught using research based instructional strategies.  In addition, grading is unified, consistent, and standard based.
