Education involves a process that allows students to learn in a safe environment that promotes a love for learning. It is important to maintain clear and consistent communication with students, parents, and support staff throughout the building.  Students need structure, therefore it is important to provide a predictable schedule to ensure organization for all students.  Lessons should accommodate the academic and emotional needs of all our students regardless of their abilities.  Opportunities should be provided for students to develop independence and responsibilities that help them to become lifelong learners. Finally, students should feel valued, accepted and safe in their classrooms and school.
