Please find below instructions and a video tutorial which demonstrates how to use the new QWare Tech Support Request System. This system now replaces the procedures of emailing email@example.com to submit tech support requests.
Step 1 – Log in to Classlink with your VVS username (no email) and password.
Step 2 – Click the QWare icon and follow the steps outlined in the video above. Ensure to toggle to “Technology.”
Other information –
- Although “Maintenance” is currently an option shown within the QWare system, we will not be utilizing this program for maintenance requests at this point in time.
- You will receive automated emails when you submit tech requests and the status of the request has been updated.
- Techs may leave comments within the tech request in QWare with additional information and updates.
