• My Philosophy of Education

    I believe that all students can learn – some at a slower rate and some at a faster rate. Since children come to the classroom at many different levels with different strengths and weaknesses, it is the teacher’s job to instruct, adjust and remediate or accelerate. All children need support, encouragement and guidance. Learning works best when students are engaged, interested and excited to try their hardest. Education is a two way street: the teacher provides instruction and the student works and learns.
