• Philosophy of Technology Education
    I believe that each child is unique in his or her own way. Each child needs a safe and caring environment that will promote emotional, intellectual, social, and physical growth. It is my role as an educator to help students meet their full potential in these key areas by providing an environment that is safe and encourages the sharing of ideas.
    Grading will be based on the following criteria: Projects 45%, Engineering Design Journal 25%, Quizzes 15%, Classwork 10% , and Student Evaluation 5% of grade.

    Classwork assignments may vary from each marking period. Assignments are used to reinforce prior instruction.
    Student evaluation is based on a four point rubric and will include the following areas: class preparation, skill level, knowledge, social interaction, and participation for a total of 20 points
