At the center of our District Mission is the education of our students, with the Vision being constant intellectual, physical, and social & emotional progress.  My Mission relative to the position of Assistant Superintendent for Finance is to continue to instill, encourage, and nurture in all of our support staff, an appreciation of the integral roles and commitment to a collective responsibility that we all share towards the attainment of our District Vision.

My Vision then is a feeling of purposeful oneness; of dependence upon and interdependence between one another; where commitment to excellence, quality performance, and collaboration fosters a sense of pride, accomplishment, and satisfaction; and where resources are thoroughly and thoughtfully maximized in a fiscally sound manner to support a clean, safe, supportive instructional program.

Within our Comprehensive District Education Program [CDEP] process are the systems and structures necessary to achieve the Vision.  My responsibility as Assistant Superintendent for Finance is to take advantage of these systems and structures and utilize them in a way that most effectively and efficiently supports continuous school improvement.
