STUDENT GRADES

 

Parents of high school students are encouraged to log on to the Parent Portal throughout the marking periods to check on your sons'/daughters' progress in each class.

If you do not have access to Parent Portal, please request a signup sheet from our main office.  

Report Cards passed out during 1st period to students

MP 1 = November 19 (students who were absent must see there day 1/1st period teacher for report cards)

MP 2 = February 1 (given to students on 2/5)

MP 3 = April 15 (given to students on 4/15)

*Final Report Cards will be mailed home on or after June 26, 2013

** ONLY if all fees have been paid will report cards be mailed home.

 Payments should be submitted at our Main Office, once full payment has been received the Main Office will give you your report card.

Current year Unweighted GPA- only applies to courses that have been completed for that school year.

Cumulative Credits to date- only applies to courses that have been completed for that school year.

Honor Grad = 90.00+ (7 semesters, weighted average)

High Honor Roll = 89.5+ (weighted average)

Honor Roll = 84.5 to 89.4 (weighted average)

SENIORS 

·         Senior Planning  –  September 18-19

·         Making it Count – September 24

·         Sign up for ACT/ SAT Exams -  see district calendar

·         Senior pictures are due to Mr. Merrill - October 26 

·         Graduation orders - October 30 & 31

·          Submit college applications to counselors before -  December 14

·         1st day to submit FAFSA - January 1

·         Post Secondary Visit – January 9 

·         Final Rank- see your counselor

·          Honor Grads- letters have been mailed from Mr. Brown's Offic (90.00+ weight average for 7 semesters)

·         Senior Scholarship Packet handed out – April 1

·         Senior Scholarship Packet Due– April 24 @ 2:30 pm NO EXCEPTIONS

·         Senior College Survey done during periods - April 30 Shevron

·         Honor Grad Dinner – May 30 @ 5:30 pm

·         Senior Awards– May 30 @ 6:30 pm MUST BE HERE BY 6:15 pm

·         Commencement Rehearsal– June 21 @ 10:45 am MANDATORY

·         Commencement – June 22 @ 10:00 am  - PLEASE PLAN TO BE HERE BY 9:00 am

JUNIORS

·         PSAT Orientation- September 27

·         PSAT Exam – October 17

·         Junior Planning– November 28 - * date changed to  Novemeber 29

·         Junior Parent Information Sessions: Dec. 18 @ 5:30 pm or Dec 19 @ 1:00 pm in LGI

·         Underclass Awards- May 16

·         Are you interested in graduating early, please schedule an appointment with your guidance counselor to talk.  We need to make sure you are on track to do so.
